Main roads & approach routes
Our trucks work the A38 Devon Expressway, the A386 Tavistock Road, the A374 Embankment and the Tamar Bridge crossing. Multi-storey car parks around Drake Circus and the Barbican need low-clearance access, so mention it when you book and the right truck is sent.
Car recovery near me & vehicle recovery near me — Plymouth
"Vehicle recovery near me" in Plymouth means one thing when you are stood next to a car that will not move: how far away is the truck. We work from your live location — road name, postcode or a dropped WhatsApp pin — and dispatch the closest driver we have free.
Because our office is in Walsall and work is offered to the nearest suitable driver, "near me" is literal — the job goes to whoever is closest to you in or around Plymouth, not to whoever is cheapest or next in a queue.
How do I find car recovery near me in Plymouth?
Call or WhatsApp us with your location — a street name, a postcode or a shared pin is enough. We check which of our recovery drivers is nearest to you in Plymouth, confirm one fixed price and a realistic arrival window, then send them straight out. Lines are open 24 hours a day.
Is vehicle recovery near me available 24 hours in Plymouth?
Yes. We take calls in Plymouth around the clock, including nights, weekends and bank holidays. Availability of the very nearest driver changes through the night, so we confirm the arrival window with you on the call rather than guessing.

“A+++. Trustworthy and fast! Given me a fair quote that was lower than other competitors. Quick and efficient. I'll definitely be using them again.”
“We broke down around midnight off junction 3 on the M5. We are in our mid 60s and could not walk anywhere. Lucky for us we got hold of Auto Squad recovery — he took us and the car home. Amazing service.”
