Auction Collection and Delivery

For online auction buyers who now have to get the car home

Winning the lot is the easy part. Then you discover the site is two hundred miles away, storage charges start after a set number of days, the car may or may not start, and release only happens against the right paperwork in the right name. We collect from the major auction operators across the country, deal with the release process on site, and deliver the vehicle to wherever you actually want it.

Getting the release right

Every operator wants slightly different things before a vehicle leaves the gate: an invoice marked as paid, a release note, sometimes photographic identification matching the buyer name. The single most common reason a collection fails is that one of those was not in place when the driver arrived.

Send us the invoice and buyer details when you book and we will check the release requirements for that specific site before we set off.

What the booking covers

Collection from BCA, Aston Barclay, Copart, Manheim, Synetiq, SMA and RAW2K sites

Release paperwork and gate pass handled at the site by the driver

Runners driven on, non runners and salvage winched

Collection timed to beat the free storage deadline where possible

Delivery to a home address, unit, garage or repairer

Photographs taken at the auction site before the vehicle leaves

Storage charges are the hidden cost

Most sites give a short window of free storage after payment, then start charging by the day. Those charges are billed to you, not to us, and they are the reason it is worth booking collection at the point you pay rather than at the end of the week.

If your deadline is tight, say so on the call. It changes how we schedule the run.

Site by site guides

We have written a separate page for each major auction centre we collect from, covering the site location, how access and release work there, and what buyers need to have ready. They are linked below.
