Do you offer account terms for regular trade movements?

Yes. Regular customers move onto consolidated billing rather than paying per job, with each movement itemised by registration and date. Speak to us about volume and we will set the terms out clearly before the first job.

Can you collect a part exchange from a customer's house?

That is one of our most common trade jobs. We deal directly with the customer at the address, take photographs before loading so condition is not disputed later, and deliver into your site.

What happens if a customer refuses delivery?

The driver rings you before anything is unloaded and follows your instruction. If the car has to come back, we will tell you the return cost at the time rather than surprising you with it on the invoice.

Do you move trade stock to and from auction sites?

Both directions. We already run to the major auction centres regularly, so disposals going in and purchases coming out can often be paired on the same journey, which is cheaper than two separate runs.

How trade jobs are booked

Most of our trade customers send a registration, two postcodes and a date, and expect that to be enough. It is. We come back with a price and a slot, then a photograph when it is loaded and another when it is delivered.

Where you have a run of movements, we will hold them as a schedule and confirm the week rather than making you rebook each one.

A car being delivered to a retail customer is part of your sale, not just a logistics job. The driver is presentable, the car comes off clean and dry, and handover is unhurried with the customer given time to look round it.

If they raise something on the doorstep, we ring you rather than getting into it on your behalf.

Damaged and non runner stock

Trade in stock that has arrived with something broken still has to move. Winch loading covers cars that will not start, and photographic records protect you when a vehicle is going between sites or out to a repairer.
