What changes the price
Nothing here is a surcharge invented on the day. These are the things that make one job take longer than another, and they are all settled on the phone before you book.
Number of vehicles
The per vehicle price falls as the count rises, because the travel is shared across the load rather than repeated.
How many are runners
Runners load in minutes. Every non runner in the batch adds winching time, and time is the real cost on a multi vehicle job.
Whether the addresses are shared
Six cars from one site to one site is the cheapest shape. Six pickups in six towns is six jobs wearing a trench coat.
Access at both ends
A yard we can turn a transporter in is quicker than a residential street where each car has to be walked out to the truck.
Timing
A batch we can plan across two days usually prices better than one that must all land before a specific morning.

How we plan the run
We start from the delivery end. Whatever has to be usable first gets loaded last. Then we work back through the collection addresses in a sensible geographic order rather than the order you listed them.
If the batch is bigger than one truck, you get a schedule that says which vehicles land when, agreed before anything moves.
