RAW2K is an online salvage auction, so the vehicle you win is not sitting at a saleroom you can walk into. It is held at a yard, and you need to arrange collection from that location within the time allowed. We do exactly that and deliver anywhere in England.

Remote online bidders
Everything about this is remote. The buyer has never seen the vehicle, does not know the yard, and often does not realise the collection deadline started the moment the hammer fell. The most useful thing we do is read the release email properly and tell them what it actually commits them to.
Unseen salvage and realistic expectations
Unseen salvage, described briefly and photographed sparingly. Assume a non runner, assume missing keys, assume the description understates the damage. Buyers who plan on that basis are rarely disappointed, and we quote on the same assumption so the price holds.
Online bidding, physical yards you have never seen
Because RAW2K sales are online, the holding location is confirmed after you win rather than before you bid. That location can be a long way from you, which is the single most common reason buyers get caught out. Once you send us the address on your release email, we quote the collection from that specific yard rather than from a general area.
What to forward us after you win
Send us the lot reference, the full holding yard address from your release email, the yard opening hours, the buyer name, and where the vehicle is going. Tell us if there is a collection deadline attached to the lot, because these are usually short and missing them can mean charges or loss of the vehicle.
Finding out where the vehicle actually is
We work from your winning lot confirmation and release email. The driver attends the holding yard, confirms the lot reference at the gate, photographs the vehicle before loading, and winches it onto a flatbed. Since RAW2K stock is salvage, the assumption is always that it does not start, does not steer freely, and may not roll.
Arriving prepared for the worst case
The driver arrives set up for a vehicle that does not roll, does not steer and cannot be started: winch, skates, and a plan for pulling from an awkward position in a crowded yard. If the vehicle turns out to drive, that is a bonus, not the plan.
