Winch first, ask about brakes second
Winch and skates are assumed, not optional. Where a wheel is locked solid the car goes on skates and comes off the same way at the other end. We still strap through the wheels and still photograph the car, because a cheap vehicle is not an excuse to drag it up a bed.
The condition questions that matter here
Provide the lot number, the release reference, the buyer name and the full delivery address with a contact number. Say whether the vehicle runs and drives. If the delivery point is a home address on a steep or narrow street, which is common across this part of Yorkshire, tell us so the driver can pick a safe unloading position.
