Birmingham carries the broadest mix of anywhere we collect: prestige and nearly new in one lane, ex fleet diesels in another, high mileage part exchange and end of life cars behind them. Vans and small commercials appear weekly. We ask what you bought rather than assuming, because a low front bumper and a steep transporter ramp is a combination that costs money.
Loading and unloading on a busy city road
Flatbed as standard, extended ramps for low bodywork, winch and skates for anything that will not roll. City unloading is the real skill here: a legal stopping point clear of a red route or bus lane, cones out, and the car walked the last stretch if the street is too tight for the truck.

Delivering inside the city means Erdington, Handsworth, Sutton Coldfield, Kings Heath, Selly Oak, Sparkhill and Yardley are short hops, while national runs leave north on the M6, south on the M42 and M5 or east on the M6 Toll and A38.

Send the lot number and release reference and we book a slot against your release window. The driver verifies the vehicle against the lot description before it moves, photographs it as found, loads it on a flatbed and sends you the pictures. On city deliveries the driver rings ahead, because a low loader needs somewhere legal to stop on a Birmingham main road, and that is worth two minutes on the phone rather than a blocked bus lane.
