What to send us at booking
Provide the lot number, the release reference, the buyer name and the delivery address with a contact who will be there. Tell us if the vehicle has no keys, as that decides whether we need to skate it out of the row. If you want the vehicle delivered to a garage, give us the garage name and hours so the driver arrives while someone can sign for it.
A collection built around the release window
You send the lot and release details, we book the slot, and the driver checks the vehicle against the lot description before loading. Because Measham handles a lot of fleet returns, the most common issues are flat batteries and locked handbrakes after standing, both of which are handled with a winch rather than by trying to force the vehicle to move under its own power.
Battery, brakes and getting out of a tight row
A jump pack is on the truck as standard, because a flat battery is the most common reason a runner is not a runner. If the handbrake has bonded on, the car comes on by winch. Rows here can be tight, so the driver checks the pull line before anything moves.
