BCA Measham Vehicle Collection and Delivery

BCAMeasham, LeicestershireTime pressured buyers

BCA Measham sits in our core Midlands coverage, which makes it one of the quickest sites for us to work. Whether you have bought a single runner or a compound full of non runners, we collect from Measham and deliver anywhere in England.

Written for buyers who need it moved today

Time pressured buyers

The reason people ring about this site is speed. The car is bought, the storage clock is running, and the buyer wants it gone. That means we lead with honest availability rather than a sales pitch: if we can do today we say today, and if the realistic answer is tomorrow morning we say that instead of booking a slot we cannot hold.

Volume stock, and the ones that will not start

High volume mainstream stock, mostly cars that were running when they came in. The recurring issue is not damage but standing time: batteries go flat, handbrakes seize on, and a vehicle listed as a runner needs a winch on the day. We plan for that rather than treating it as an exception.

Central position and what that does to lead times

Measham is in north west Leicestershire, close to junction 11 of the M42 and within easy reach of the A42 and M1. That central position is why so much national stock passes through it, and it is also why we can usually collect here at short notice. From Measham we routinely deliver into Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham and Derby, as well as much further afield.

What to send us at booking

Provide the lot number, the release reference, the buyer name and the delivery address with a contact who will be there. Tell us if the vehicle has no keys, as that decides whether we need to skate it out of the row. If you want the vehicle delivered to a garage, give us the garage name and hours so the driver arrives while someone can sign for it.

A collection built around the release window

You send the lot and release details, we book the slot, and the driver checks the vehicle against the lot description before loading. Because Measham handles a lot of fleet returns, the most common issues are flat batteries and locked handbrakes after standing, both of which are handled with a winch rather than by trying to force the vehicle to move under its own power.

Battery, brakes and getting out of a tight row

A jump pack is on the truck as standard, because a flat battery is the most common reason a runner is not a runner. If the handbrake has bonded on, the car comes on by winch. Rows here can be tight, so the driver checks the pull line before anything moves.

Ring with the lot and release reference and we will tell you the earliest slot we can genuinely hold, not the earliest one that sounds good.

Measham collection questions

Measham is in our strongest coverage area, so same day collection is often possible once the lot is released and paid for.

What is included as standard

  • Same day collection wherever the release window allows
  • Jump pack and winch on every truck
  • Fixed price quoted before the driver leaves
  • Delivery anywhere in England, home or trade address

The gist

Central, busy, and mostly a speed job. The difference we make is a straight answer on timing plus the kit to move a car that has quietly gone flat in the compound.
